Q: What tools do I need? 
A: All tools are listed in the PDF shopping list included in each class.

Q: Is this a live class or a recorded video?
A: Pre-recorded video tutorials you can watch anytime, anywhere.

Q: Can I watch on my phone?
A: Yes! Watch on any device – laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

Q: How long is the access?
A: Lifetime access – watch as many times as you want, forever!


Payment 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: CIMB Niaga, BNI, BRI, Bank Mandiri, PermataBank, GoPay, dan GoPay Dynamic QRIS.

Q: How long until my payment is confirmed? 
A: Usually within 5-10 minutes for e-wallet, instant for bank transfer. 

Q: I already paid, but no confirmation email?
A: Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? WhatsApp us with your payment proof.


Accessing Your Class 

Q: How do I access my class after purchase? 
A: Log in → click Online Class menu → select your purchased class.

Q: Video won’t play? 
A: Try these steps:    
1. Refresh the page    
2. Clear browser cache    
3. Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)    
4. Check your internet connection

Q: Forgot password?
A: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Q: Can I download the video?
A: Videos are for streaming only and cannot be downloaded.
